Through its research and other activities, RIFleX is closely linked to various groups and schemes. It is one of the main partners in the TechniTex Faraday Partnership in Technical Textiles and the Inneurotex European Platform for Textiles Innovation. It also co-ordinates the Wearable Electronic & Smart Textiles Interest Group, and the Nanotextiles Interest Group.
Prof. Stylios is also the editor of the well-established IJCST (International Journal of Clothing Science and Technology).
